As managing agents we deliver a full complement of services that take over the day to day challenges of property ownership from you. We charge a basic monthly retainer, provide 24/7 response coverage, with a project management fee only for work carried out on your behalf. It could be maintenance, repairs, refurbishment, procurement or just being on site; you only pay when work is being done.
We operate with full transparency where clients can have a direct transactional relationship with suppliers.
